The sales agents are getting 10k incentive per sale so they give fales commitment for increase thaine sales only. You will never get reservation in resorts

Such a huge scam these guys are running. they take full money from you promising free holidays every year, in return you dont get rooms availalble at any time of the year. As a general public i can pay and book the room but as a member i cant book as its not available. Its showing 0 and they say that quota is over. you should give first priority to the members then to the general public but they dont get any money from members so no rooms for them. Im going to complain in Consumer Forum as well as Fraud case too. In these so many years not able to book as single room.
They will call you to come for meeting saying that they will offer you 2n/3d package for free at any of their Sterling properties. And when you claim that, they will give you options which are opposite part of the India. And so cheap options that you won't even like to claim them even for free.
If could give minus points for their customer service , I would have gone for -10... They doesn't listen to you or even talk to you when you speak in Hindi. Who the hell are they who thinks they can insult my national language !!! If any top level person reading this , improve this immediately or phase consumer forum... So many times have gone through this. Enough is enough...
Sterling holiday is fake company. Please don't buy any service from them. Fraud company they take 1 lakh from us and after cancellation of membership not refund my money from last 8 month. Sterling holiday is worst company ever.
I got phone from their representative (Vora) to attend meeting in coffee culture restaurant.I attended the same on 14th.And was assured that 3D/2N voucher will be sent on email within 2 days. But not received so far .That gentlemen does not take my call.Also the Ahmedabad contact no is just ringing.So my advise it to think thousands time before any deal with this company.It gives feeling of cheating to me
