Sterling Anaikatti - Resort hotel in Kottathara - Palakkad, India

I'm very much happy reading the food given by sterling holidays., chef Mani made our holiday really well. His food is really good and very tasty. Especially he made food for my 1.8 year old baby is very nice. I will recommend sterling special for chef Mani. Holiday activities MR .Ajay

Worst experience . They don't have separate pool for kids and adults which is a blunder. Pool was maintained so badly, water was highly contaminated. Chlorine level was high in the pool. My kid played in the pool and within 5 hrs she got fever. Later she was diagonised with bacterial infection because of contaminated water. She really struggled a lot. These people getting huge money from us but failing to provide the best service. Never try this resort

Food was nice but the dishes were less compared to other locations. Ajay was guiding all the activities in the resort, Chef Mani was given the nice food to us.

With a continuous flowing water sound from the river in front of our Room along with birds chirping it was a pleasant and peaceful experience. Nice place for relaxing.

The whole staff looked after us so well.We being senior citizen couple were pampered and well looked after.our stay was made extra comfortable.The whole staff should be thanked for their courteous and caring attitude .Special thanks to Arvind the manager and debashish and mani in the restaurant,who went extra mile to see that we did not have any problem whatsoever during our stay of 3 days.The place is heaven if you are type who enjoys quietness and nature,as the resort is in the heart of forest

Family friendly resort. Food is good. Rooms needs better maintenance especially bathrooms.

Not the best sterling, the extra beds are lying outside. Considering a moist and humid environment anything can crawl into these mattresses. Food is not equivalent to other sterling resorts I have visited.

Hotel has good ambience. Compared to other resorts in the area cost is also less. restaurant was bit costly but people there were accommodative and the service was good. we had an infant with us and restaurant helped us with food for her throughout. Indoor games and pool are maintained good. Rooms are nice as well. TV works. There are nearby hotels where you can get Kerala food all time - just 5 min drive. cons:spa service does not match cost.Rooms are not sound proof.Buffet availability is based on people - they skipped a lunch buffet on one day.Parking is in a nearby space. Of you want to take it out at night , its bit scary with dogs around.Whenever there is power cut - which was often - the backup kicks in after a delay.
