Been going there since last few months, decent clean one, the best option available in that locality. Got all the required equipments and all are well maintained. The floor trainers need to be more helpful they come to you only when called for that to like doing a favour to you.
Joined this gym once the lockdown eased up, i must say i am very happy with the kind of safety measures they take. Sanitizing every equipment after every use. Apart from that they have all modern gym equipments to facilitate in exercising. The trainers are extremey helpful and supportive. I took the personal training under Alex sir who was amazing and currently i am training Under Tejas sir. His exercises are extremely effective and have helped me move further towards my fitness goal. A must join!
Excellent gym. Very clean and neatly maintained. Trainers are well qualified and have good knowledge. I have gone and screened many gyms before shortlisting 'Step up Fitness'. The sheer amount and size and space the gym offers inside is truly a luxury for Parle East.
This is not a bodybuilding gym.
Too much of treadmills. No proper machines like leg press, seated rowing. Dumbbells are way too light. Ample amount of space. Good for fitness. Could have been better. No offense to any officials
I must say I had an amazing experience with Step up fitness gym...They have the latest equipments...well certified trainers who provide the best training...also staff is very polite...

Great gym! Super-friendly trainers. Amazing equipment. The only issue with this gym is that it generally shuts at 10 pm which is very early compared to the other fitness centres. Also, the housekeeping staff is super toxic which eventually ruins your mood to workout.

Very clean and maintained gym. I am doing personal training and my trainer Tejas is very professional and cooperative. Since I am a senior citizen my training has been designed as per my need. I will recommend this gym to anyone wanting to improve their physical fitness.
