One of the best gyms in Trichy. Mr.Arjun is so knowledgeable and he definitely is the best in his field. I'm a long distance runner so I doubtfully approached him if working with weights would improve leg, core, Endurance, overall strength etc. He gave me a perfect workout plan and it was so beneficial. I'm astonished by his vast knowledge. The cost is also surprisingly low. I strongly recommend you to join Step Up Fitness.
Don't believe in their friends reviews. I joined this gym January 2021 I paid for 6 months,still now i never seen arjun mahadev master and only one trainer is working and he will be very rude and demotivate you. The trainer jeenath behaves very bad and he is money minded so if ur rich he will stick with you and trying to sell his products.. in my experience very very very worst gym. Till now am not getting my diet and even u couldn't check ur body weight. So i decided to change the gym but i have 3 more months but what to do i realised this gym And no safe for ladies please ladies don't ever try this gym . Female reviews give here are his wife and friends.
One of the great gym in Trichy. Taking personal training from Arjun mahadev brother (Mr.Trichy) and he has proved very effective and the results are really good.He has great knowledge of all kinds of workouts. Excellent equipment and nice trainers.

Step up fitness is very clean and hygiene.. And shoe racks is available ..they train us a more helpful and tackle the ur body to the natural..they giving a diet chart is very useful and weight loss is predictable.. So go to stepup fitness and built ur muscles and fit your Body..

The gym staff constantly check up the equipment, they always make sure everything is hygienic which is a top top for me. Arjun master very friendly and always make sure everything is on point !! 5 stars
