Staffs are really humble and polite. Service was really good. I had forgotten my mobile charger, they had kept it safely and I got it back even after 2 weeks. Will definitely look forward to visit again.
3.5 for room. No restaurant nearby for eating there. You will have to walk/travel kilometres searching for hair cutting saloon, laundry,food etc. Parking on the road in front of building which can hardly accommodate two cars.

Hotel in house service is pretty good but not upto the mark. There was no soap and shampoo provided until asked...the shower was broken from above and was taped...and the AC of room 101 was not even cooling at all in 18 degree celcius. Also they haven't assisted me in finding their hotel just over the phone they are saying the address only. There is in house food service but too expensive. No wifi password provided. There was seepage all over the wall in front of the bathroom. The intercom inside the room was not working and no power supply to the socket board. We have stayed for 2 days but no cleaning of room and changing of linen was done the other day.
Rudest staff. Unclean and small rooms. Unclean bathroom. Breakfast was not worth the price. The staff there should learn some manners on how to deal with customers. Will recommend NOT to book this hotel ever.
A really good hotel. Located just behind Axis Mall in New Town Action Area 1 (the best part of New Town). It's a very decent, residential locality. Hassle-free, courteous staff. Couple friendly. No judgement. Rooms are very good and clean. Washrooms are excellent. Considering the price, it's a very good deal. The food is delicious and very reasonable. Two people can have a sumptuous lunch within 500 rupees. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great room at reasonable price. Room was great but can be a bit crampy (not the bed, area around the bed) for two. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Main road is 800m away and e-rickshaws were running till late. Staffs were polite. Food was average.
