This is a basic hotel, quite centrally located. Good thing is that it has a restaurant. The staff was helpful. The rooms were a dent size and the bathroom clean. They however could not provide lighter sheets and one must stick to thick blankets. The pillows were almost non existent. And the rooms didn't really filter out any noise. There were no windows in some of the rooms. And one day, the lift didn't function forcing us to climb 8 floors..
Good hotel to stay but getting in there is a bit tricky as there is no sign board of the hotel outside the building. Located in the 8th floor of IMA building. Neat and clean rooms with ac, tv, water heater for convenience. Staff members are also very cooperative and food available there is quite good and inexpensive compared to other hotels. Not recommended for couples as privacy level is not so good.
I stayed for four days. Very reasonable prices compared to other hotels. Pros 1) Easily to locate on Google map 2) Hygiene bathroom and nice atmosphere 3) Safe for families to stay as it is a hospital area and has safe neighborhood 4) gentle and good attitude of staff behaviour 5) well maintained. 6) good ventilation. 7) Free WiFi network with good speed 8) previous reviews said the lift is not working but it's false. The lift is in good condition. So no worries to get to the hotel. 9) 24 *7 check in is available. Cons: Located in top most floor. And no sign board outside the building so you have to call the management if your unable to locate
Very neat and clean. The rooms are well equipped and also the location is fantastic. The staffs are very much friendly. Their hospitality is just outstanding. The stay is also quite safe and congenial. Food is not only awesome but the price is also quite reasonable. Dil jit liya mera... No way.. without giving 5 star.
The hotel is situated in main city area. Near by metro stations are Chandni chowk, Rabindra sadan, and take the small autos for going to metro . They will take 20 Rs max. Coming to the hotel, the rooms are good but small. You have all facilities, geyser, fridge, tv. I did not checked Wi-Fi status. Food was good and simple. I liked that. Staffs were very friendly and nice. I Will recommend this to All who want to Stay in kolkata.
Very good hotel at an affordable cost. Hotel room is located at 8th Floor of INDIAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION of West Bengal. It couldn't be notified in traffic, though it has lift facilities to the 8th floor. Hot water facilities available Staff members working in the step in hospialities are having good behavior with guests.
The place is a bit hard to locate since there is no direction pointing towards the place. Other than that, staff is very friendly and helpful. They work with your requirements and provide best possible service. The atmosphere is very nice but is located in vicinity to a mosque.
