Stella Hotel - Hotel in Bathinda - Bathinda, India

An average hotel with decent rooms but very poor service. Have been staying here for a week and am planning to stay for a whole month but now considering changinf the hotel. Rooms are clean, how ever small things like the telephone, cloth hook were broken in my room. Service is very poor, reception staff not helpful at all, had been asking for a room change for 5 days, but every time i call them they cook up a story and tell me all rooms are booked. Hot water gets switched off on its own, on one occasion no water was available in the bathroom, a bucket of water was then later sent instead when asked for. Restaurant service is below average, wait times are very high, have been served cold rotis on multiple occasion. The hotel charges prices of a 4 star hotel but gives the experience of an oyo room. Very dissapointed

The rooms were very smart and modern. We had breakfast only, and the food was quite non-tasty. Did not like even a single dish. Plus, they were highly non-accomodating. We had attended a late-night party, so got late getting up. I went to the breakfast room 10min before closing time and requested them to wait for my husband for a few min. But they flatly refused. Such behavior and such unappetizing food in the hospitality industry is totally unacceptable.

Worst ever hotel stay experience in terms of room service and hospitality. 1. Being a first time visitor I requested Stella repection to provide me cab which is mentioned free in thier services from railway station to their property the staff said it's chargeable 500Rs. I said my train will be arriving 10 pm around please send your cab for pick up he said sorry it's chargeable. Neways somehow I took another option and reached. 2. I had a booking of King Executive and they considering that a female solo won't question or ask were giving me queen executive.Later when I questioned they said ma'am room was not available inspite of pre paid booking that was there statement. Somehow after objection they shifted me to the room which was booked for me. 3. Since I checked in late evening I ordered food which till checked out was not cleaned by house keeping inspite of n number of times telling them . 4. They don't have the courtesy or manners to treat female solo client. Inspite of informing them they didn't picked up my luggage to board the vehicle. I myself took the luggage and left the room , checked out and then took the auto .... As they didn't have even courtesy to ask whether you want cab service. So worst pathetic and overall very poor hospitality. Never recommended for females.

Had an excellent stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful and didn't say no to any of our requests. They ensured we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel

The rooms and the room service is pretty good. Since I don't eat jhatka, I can't say anything about their non-vegetarian dishes, but the vegetarian food was decent. But their pool was damaged and not working and their gym was also not available yet.

However, I must commend the general manager, Mr. Rana, for reaching out to me promptly after my review was posted. His willingness to acknowledge my concerns and address them professionally left a positive impression. After our conversation, it became evident that Mr. Rana takes his responsibilities seriously and is committed to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. He assured me that the issues I faced would be thoroughly investigated and rectified. While my initial encounter with the unclean room and delayed room service was disheartening, Mr. Rana's proactive approach has given me hope that the management is determined to improve their services. Moreover, I would like to express my appreciation for the way Mr. Rana handled the incident involving a staff member named Ankur Sharma. His unprofessional behavior had left a sour taste, but Mr. Rana assured me that appropriate action would be taken to address the matter. It's reassuring to know that the hotel management holds its staff accountable for their conduct. In light of Mr. Rana's sincerity and dedication to improving the guest experience, I am willing to give this hotel another chance in the future. I believe that their commitment to making amends and their openness to feedback will lead to positive changes. I hope my feedback serves as a constructive reminder for the hotel to prioritize guest satisfaction and maintain professionalism among its staff members. With continued improvements, I am confident this establishment can regain its reputation and provide a more enjoyable stay for future guests. Every Room of This Hotel spacious and Comfortable specially Service department is Really Nice Good work
