Steam Boiler - Historical landmark in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Steam boilers of the cranes used in Cochin dry dock for years from 1956. Not much to see, just an attraction while walking by. ( But historical ). It really requires some maintenance.

Must visit spot in Fort Kochi area for history lovers. Caught best in the day light. One can take a stroll along the coast starting from main beach area and the boilers would come on the way.

Honestly, it's really very sad to see such a historic artifact just left to rust away. It's usually crowded here so if you really want to see them without any crowd, pick a less rush hour to visit.

One of the main attraction in Fortkochi beach. Its the steam boilers of the cranes used in Cochin dry dock from 1956. Its mainly used in dredgers. Its now a considered as a historical remaining of Kochi. Some people are sticking their paper notices and ads on the boiler body which practically ruination of the historical scenario.
