Nice, well organized and managed boys hostel on SB Road. Recommended. This is HOSTEL and not HOTEL.

The hotel is located in a very narrow lane at the backside of a petrol pump. If at all, only one vehicle can pass through at a time, which was a major issue. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen of it's own. They outsource it's food from a small restaurant nearby. The food is fine and at a reasonable price. A lot other food outlets are located on the main road which are worth trying. The staff is helpful.

Stayed for a night with small children and a senior citizen. Charged for an A/C room where the A/C was not working due to a short circuit, no water in the toilet, sub standard water bottle provided. More than anything, the apathy of the office staff who was not willing to listen to our issues. Beware, they take bookings through OYO but they ask you cancel and pay directly. The hotel is not only bad in providing basic services but unethical too.

The location is excellent if you want to explore the place. Also enough number of restaurants and eateries in the vicinity. Hotel service is also good. In house kitchen not available that's why cooking is outsourced to a nearby restaurant thus making it costlier.

Hotel Staywell provides best room. Room is spacious, clean and well furnished. You will be provided with a cupboard which is worth for three person. The hotel also provides a bottle of water only once and then we will be charged. Also they provide with a good soap, moisturiser and a shampoo. The room is also equipped with TV which is subscribe with all English, Marathi, and Hindi channels. The staff is also very helpful and also very respectful. The room service is very well. They provide each and everything on your demand but provided to pay for that. Hot water is also provided for bathing. Room cleaning is also good. They provide complimentary breakfast for veg and non-veg also. In between the heart of city. Next to the hotel there goes J.M Road which is full of branded showrooms as well as Pune's best restaurant and bar can be found here. Mc D is about 80mtrs from the hotel. Near to the hotel next to J.M Road there goes F.C Road which is the best place for women to have a shopping in an affordable prices. F.C Road also has many restaurants like Wadheshwar , Vaishali , Roopali and many others. In my opinion this is a good hotel but the rates are very high. They charged me Rs2500 for just one night. Also they are not accepting OYO Bookings despite of hotel owned by OYO. I loved that place and would like to stay there again

Very nice hotel.. Good view with big windows.. One room even has a big personal balcony, ask for that room.. Staffs are also nice.. Checked in through oyo, so breakfast was complimentary.. But was very less in amount..

I booked a room for myself on 19th July through Oyo Rooms App & confirmed the booking as well... Once the booking was being confirmed I also received a msg of my booking that my booking us being confirmed... When I reached at this hotel the reception guy was so pathetic & rude that he said that I hv made double booking of my of my stay when it was not done multiple times & then he said that the rooms are being sold out & no rooms r available... Despite of my booking he abused me saying that get lost we don't have any room & my booking is being cancelled when it was being confirmed & also I was showing him msg... Worst experience ever with this hotel, oyo rooms app so I suggest otrs pls do think twice b4 check in here as the staff is horrible...
