Gym is very pleasant gym is old but equipment and trainers are professionals....before this I joined cult fit it's very bad experience..there no one to train us...I went almost 06 months but no result ver I joined stayfit gym hear trainers are very much experience.......I suggest join hear to reach your fitness goals....
All equipments available for great workout and very tidy.cardio and strengthening affordable price . We can get personal trainer the trainer is knowledgeable, highly motivated and awesome people to be around. I like the place just because they ensure they spend time with every person and guide properly
For Stayfit zym the management providing free parking for customers and when going to gym ... Equipments are well organized and trainers are friendly behavior but as per my choice i went there to get ride of belly stomach for which they have to maintain one special equipment which show in TV advertisements , particularly i dont know the name but its just like swing type while we practice on floor...The equipment designed for belly or abs purpose, other wise total equipments are superb.
Place is congested but seriously trainer is very good with polite attitude and always observing and guiding properly. Very much satisfied since 1 month of my joining
