Staybook Atlanta New Delhi Train Station - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund. The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.

Room are big but not proper maintain bed are broken most danger things is lots of bedbug whole night we are not able to sleep. lift also is not working. only 1/2 liter of water is given for 3 person.

They show you different room option while booking and they will offer room in OR condition and worst will be provided. 1- Don't go by pics even lights are not working. 2- Lift not working. 3-Door lock is pathetic any one xan push it open even though it is locked. 4-TV not working and no bodh cares. 5-Make my trip and this hotel will make you fool by showing wrong old pics. 6-They will combine 2 mini beds to make a odd bed to make you fool. Always ask for live video call if you are, never book from Make My Trip.they both will loot you. Never pay in advance. Worst hotel in delhi.

i think I was lucky enough to get the good one they need some improvement. they provided a good room but I have to ask for all the things the staff should take care of following things 1. bedsheets should be clean 2. The bathroom was good but lacks hygiene3. All the things should be kept before allowing the room. because someone has travelled from far and staying there for getting freshen up gets irritating.one problem is the owner should ask the staff to be professional bcz it's owners property which is being named by him and he is loosing his name bcz of staff. I hope they improve and I will visit again with good vibes

This hotel has BUGS in the entrance hall. And the Room smells bad. however when we told them that they transferred the 7 of us in another hotel of the same chain that was cleaner, in quite an efficient way.

Rooms looks good but Dirty bed sheets, bad odour in the room, noisy fan, too small bathroom, and we given room at 3rd floor but no lift.. area is crowed and inside galli.. not worth the price..

We booked one room through Staybook at Hotel Atlanta on 19th for 4/5 days. All of sudden on 21 we were told there's a short circuit and that we have to vacate the room immediately. We vacated the room and went to nearby hotel where we were guided. On 22nd morning we found that there was nothing wrong in the hotel and story of Short circuit was false, as they were giving room to other clients. We again requested for a room on 22nd morning and were prepared to pay whatever the charges were applicable but we were denied and made to seat in the lobby from morning to late evening. To put it bluntly, the hotel Atlanta cheated us.

The worst stay in all of New Delhi. Didn't get the promised breakfast. The TV never turned on. The washroom had a water shortage. No issues were solved during the entire stay period. They also don't have parking and the nearest parking costs 20 rupees/hour
