Overall experience was good. But Security guard misbehaves with me and talks a lot of nonsense they said me "" Give me your number I will tell you then"". What kind of rubbish things happens to me i didn't expect that...
The stay was very comfertable. Special thanks to Omkar for timely room service. They both are very supportive and helpful.
The food quality is also good. They have a lot of things in there menu. You will love the stay here.

I've been visiting this hotel for the past two years, and I must say that the quality of living and ambiance have not met my expectations. The overall experience has been underwhelming, and there are several areas that need improvement.
Very nice and quiet place to stay. Was there for 1 night and no issues with the services.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good wifi as have to work and have no issues. Food nice
The staff very friendly. Specially Pradyna who assisted me through out my stay.
Short but I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend.
Close to the city heart and all the amenities nearby only.

I had split my booking of 4 nights in 2.
Night 1: I wanted an early check-in and agreed to pay extra. Initially they denied having room. But on pressing they assigned me a room, which was totally clean and freshly painted. They charged me nearly 1 night charges as extra for 2 hour early check-in. But I was in a hurry to agreed to it. I locked my luggage in wardrobe and went to m office with my keys obviously. When I returned back I opened my room to find some girl sitting in my room. Supposedly they had assigned same room to her. Upon enquiring it seemed receptionist in morning mapped me to wrong room. After much of a headache, I was shifted to another room. Which ideally the other guest should have been as they came in later.
The other room was not that clean, the wardrobe didn't had keys but I was tired and so took it.
Night 2: When I went for bath in morning I realized that geyser was not plugged in and so got housekeeping to check it. They checked, plugged it in and said its fine and can be used. 5 mins later while geyser was on when I switched on the tap I got an big electric shock. I was pretty scared and rushed out as soon as I could. Called the housekeeping and they said - 'Sir, you kept it on for sometime so you might have got electric shock.'. No resolution in sight, and I getting late, took a cold shower, submitted keys to receptionist so that the geyser could be fixed and went to office. In evening when I came back at 8pm and asked for keys, they had lost it supposedly. Then after 15 min they found the keys with them at reception. When door was opened, room was not cleaned, geyser was not fixed. They said it will take 2 days. I was tired, irritated and very angry.
Earlier they had blamed me to have to not left the key and said the last guest had lost the extra key they had. So I decided to check out at 9 at night and go to a friend's place instead.
Now realizing the mess they had created they offered me room in their adjacent property Stay Bird, Nest which also supposedly FULL a few moments back. But I was simply too irritated and angry to give them another chance.
Crux - If opting this place, please take into account that you are not as safe as you would like io.

Stay birds properties(Icon bliss & others) are just awesome, good flexibility & hassle free check in check out...quiet place, good for both working professional/family/friends, nice ambience , breakfast & lunch /dinner were tasty & healthy food, Managers at reception Sidharth & Akash really helped in all possible manner regarding overall service & for delightful pleasant stay experience at property
