Great place if you looking for a short stay. Staff is little short on knowledge of their own place. Small rooms but given the price it's a fair deal. Clean, but quite packed up with furniture.

The best service Apartment I've ever been privileged enough to stay at Kharadi,Pune Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in.Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Restaurant and food quality are good Thank you will surely recommend to everyone! #cheers

Good place for family. Receptionist is too good one. Free buffet breakfast is there. Outside of the room in the morning you'll see some used glasses and plates which produce sticking smell. Rooms having small fridge. Swiggy and zomato bhaiya will always go to the back area of this residency. Always mention the location properly while ordering or send location to his whatspp number or put landmark. Try booking in online. Onlines prices are too low when compared the price you'll get at the time of offline booking. Early morning charges were quite high as I checked in before 12pm.

Good rooms with better facilities and nice staff. Good restaurant area where you can sit and do office work . Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Aerith Studio and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped space for their work or travel needs. It is a very good place for stay. The taste of veg food is awesome, i have not tried non-veg so no comment on that. The security and room service maintained properly. Overall my experience is good.

I strongly suggest look for better options and you can find lot of better options. 1. We paid around 3000-4000 rs for the stay the Ac were not working. Literally after paying all the amount in summer we have to sleep without AC. Such a third class service. Old ACs which to don't work. 2. The taps are leaking and are broken. The property is not maintained well. Atleast change the taps. 3. Cleaning is not good . The rooms are so smelling so bad as well washroom are smelling. 4. Lot of problem of electricity. Electricity is not stable. AC gets automatically off after certain temp. Lights starts to get dim and blinks. 5. Not worth to money. Even after staying in 1000 rs hotel you get all the services and facilities but here there are lot of problems. 6. The room doesn't have balancony. Stay bird staff please look towards this issues and try to improve the services.

This building is apartment converted rooms. we had deluxe room where one apartment is divided in two parts only common area is shared otherwise rooms are private. There is no disturbance from neighbour.
