Rooms are just okay. Power backup is available and service is good at this hotel. The openings in the walls for pipelines are closed using wall hangings and that can be a safety hazard. Management should look into that aspect for better safety. Pest control is much needed at this hotel. The owner is a nice person and is helpful with any requirement.

Too pricy for the small room! Water supply is also poor in the room! We were charged for 2000 per night for a room for three people. They told us that they will provide extra mattress but when we entered the room there was no space for the extra mattress. On asking them for a better room, they told this is the largest room with them. They placed matress in such a way that half of the matress was under a table. Also rooms have no ventilation here, not even a single window. The price for this room didn't deserve to be more than 1200 to honest. Never book this hotel for family stay.

Very compact, rooms, bed is big nuff to fit 2 people comfortably, bathroom was kinda broken, no hot water. Wifi is very finicky and doesn't really work that well. TV is available though and there's a pretty nice view of the city from the roof top at night. The rooms are also blocked from the sun, you'd have no idea what time it is morning or night, no natural sunlight reaches the room.

Good stay. I booked a room for my parents and they had checked in very late at night. But staff was cooperative.checkin was smooth. No towels provided though. But overall stay was comfortable.

Before booking I checked the reviews and I thought negative reviews were made with some agenda. But when I reach the place I noticed that this place is actually worth 0 star. The observations made are as follows; 1. At entry, there was smell of drainage. 2. Room were amazingly dirty. 3. Toilet had Urine stains from previous guests (Thanks to their service) 4. No one will help you get your luggage to room. 5. Rooms are congested, there was no charging socket (I had to remove TV pin and plug my charger there) And for all these amazing amenities, they'll charge you above market price. Tourists please don't choose this place over any.

According to price it's not a good choice. Very small rooms. There is no staff available for cleaning . Dirty duvet and sheets, the room condition is not good, cockraches in room. There is no basic stuff in room like hand wash, toilet paper, towel, water and glass. Late generator facility. No wifi even staff doesn't know the password. Intercom is not working. There is not enough staff in hotel we have to carry our luggage by ourselves. Everything is very dirty. All over experience is very bad.

Room was good bit cozy for three people. But service was very good. All restaurants and hotels were closed in Holi festival duration still supportive staff from this hotel helped us a lot with food, and needful things.

The only plus point of the hotel is its location.Do NOT book any room other than the executive category otherwise you will get a box sized thingy with no ventilation whatsoever. The food downstairs ia very oily. The executive rooms are decent.
