Room was just good, could have been better, it was bit dingy. In house food seems expensive as compared to the taste. Over all experience was good. Could have been better, rated 5 as we had no issue staying there.

We had booked 8 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were clean but amenities were very poor. Geysers, door latches and other furniture were not well maintained. When asked for drinking water the guests were asked to fill their bottles with RO water. Food was stale and there was no provision for bed tea. Staff was below average, unprofessional though the owner was a good, understanding person. Worst experience ever. Would never recommend others to choose this hotel.
Located 500 metre from Netaji Bhawan metro. Near Khalsa Girls High School. Staff is polite and Cordial. Went through Brevistay. Room was small but clean. Tv was working with Tata sky connection. AC was working. Bathroom was clean . The Bed was not so comfortable. The Blanket/ Comforter given had holes. There is kitchen service available. I ordered veg roll and veg chow mein. Ordered delivered after 45 mins . Worst part : Veg roll had only cucumber and chow mein inside. Everything else here is fine.

The property is new and under development. The rooms are well furnished and bathrooms are clean. But as i said construction work are yet not finished you will see dust, patches of painting in the floor.. Strangely, though the property is quite new still certain amenities in the bathroom..door locks etc were loose.. Except these.. My stay was fabulous.. The owner is very cordial.. During our checkout he himself came to see us off to the cab.. The location is also prime.. So a must stay if you are in kolkata and looking for good budget friendly hotel.
