On An Average, we will give this 4 Star Rating considering all Facilities Positives.. Parking, Staff response, Lift, Good room atmosphere inside n Outside, Room sanitizing, House keeping, Hot water n normal water in bathroom and finally the price of any Room will very less Comparing to others, Best for small friendly parties or Gatherings. Nagitives.. Far away form city - nearer to NH 16, No Good Food Availability in 1 km radius,

Pros: Very close to National highway. If you are travelling to another city on NH16 and if you want to rest for a night, this place is very near to NH16. Another positive point is, there is a nice restaurant next to the stay, food was nice. AC was provided in all the rooms. Cons: Rooms were pathetic. pillow covers, bed sheets and bed spreads were full of stains. No geyser. They said the have solar water heater. But all we have was luke warm water in the winter. Not even a single television channel was available except for siti cable channel. Staff ( 2 male) was very co-operative and kind enough to tell us to use the rooms in 3rd floor as the rooms are decent and good for family (we were 4 adults and 2 kids, took 2 rooms). Imagine the condition of other rooms. Over all, for 1500 rs. This is not at all worth on the city outskirts. I would rate this for anywhere between 700-900 rs if AC was not provided. I am quoting the rate because i have been travelling from past 1 month and have been staying in different rooms. All of them are better than this, even the ones in mid tier towns.

Beautiful budget hotel with eating joints next to it..ideally located for NH 16 travellers ... Rooms are spacious and comfortable and reasonable...

The poorest of poor stays I saw. There is no kitchen, no WiFi, no towels, no bath soaps and not but not the least no drinking water. This is an overpriced option to stay. We can find so many places to stay in Gunturu with same or lesser price with all amenities. Edit 1 (after response from the owner) : I am writing true review. They gave 1 towel for dual occupency room. And told that they will change once in two days. Gave 1 soap for dual occupency room. 1lr water bottle has given but charged for that bottle.

I was travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata during Covid-19 May lockdown and has a pass to support my journey. I was not getting any hotels which were open and I would sincerely like to thank the manager for this Hotel for assuring me to provide accommodation during my travel. Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised the property was new and shining. The room were very clean, sanitized and nicely fragranced. The AC was new and provided a cooled room. I was also provided dinner and was not even charged for that since due to lockdown the dinner did not have all the menu's available. Overall a I would stay again at this place and recommend this hotel to everyone. This is right beside the NH16 highway and if you call the owner he gives very good directions so that you don't have to enter the city traffic.

Very poor ambience. Too interior. Pillow covers are dirty and very small room for Rs 1800/-.

Loved the hotel. Stayed with our little fur baby and the experience was awesome!!
