The location is the only plus point of this property. It is amid green environment and silent as well. The rooms are old and are just about okay. The service is a big letdown. You need to remind them several times for anything that you want. I complaint about service but still found no improvement in the 4 nights that I stayed.
Had a good experience while purchasing a new water purifier as staffs here are professional and sincere. Looking forward to good services being rendered in future as well.
This place is for parties and functions, not for a stay. The staff isn't well trained to handle guests yet, nothing too bad though. Never got wifi facilities even after asking 2-3 times, delayed services for other things too. Food was great, room was quite nice.

Best hotel and as I am visited gate 1 or hall 1 it is best with fountain view best for marriage ceremony.
