Statue Of Swami Vivekananda - Historical landmark in Chandannagar, Chinsurah - Hooghly, India

It's a quite popular landmark but not any historical issue there... This is the end point of Chandannagar and starting point of Chinsurah, in Hooghly... Or vice versa.... Here the statues of Swami Vivekananda and Sister Nivedita stand right opposite back to each other....

The traffic island is a busy area. There are two statues of Swami Vivekananda and Sister Nivedita here. It is also a road crossing. Chandannagar Roth festival route is started/ended here.

Lack of maintenance keeping the statutes and the beauty of the place depreciating. Sometimes the big street light doesn't on.

Nice calm and peaceful place specially best for old-age people.
