Statue Mythical Giant Kumbhakarna - Park in Gondipalle - Anantapur, India

The whole theme park is a scam. Though the entry fee is just 10 rupees. The campus has been utterly maintained. And there's nothing inside the statue when you walk in. We just saw a ice cream seller inside which had expired products. I would rather suggest you to trek upon the windmill trail beside the place and get a different and satisfying view.

Good play area for children and a restaurant. Don't come from far places to see this. if you go to the nearby places just visit this.

A huge statue of sleeping Kumakarna. It's so huge that many people can enter inside the statue and has three rooms inside! Atmosphere is very calm and quite. Good to visit with family. Have free parking space. Entry fee is 10 rupees for adult and 5 for kids. Also there are separate restrooms. And last not but the least very adjacent to it you will find a great restaurant called Kumakarna Resturent.

Cute place on d highway. Kids will have fun and good for short break from long drives. No food option but only a cute visit place to stretch.

Very nice place for outing mainly young kids at evening and morning time.

It's a big kumbhakarna statue built by government to encourage tourism in penukonda. The idea was good but maintanence is bad.might be because of corona. The entry ticket is just 10/- per person. Apart from statue, there is a big park and some playing equipment for children and a restaurant. We can go inside statue but it was maintained badly, not cleaned, full of litter and foul smell. Park is good, we can spend good time with our children. Penukonda has many other historical temples, palace, fort and monuments are there, some of them are very beautiful.

It all about a statue and there no more see the place ticket 10 rupess interior fee that's it
