SBI is the biggest government oprated bank and one of the richest banks. There is no doubt that they have the biggest network of branches and ATMs in India. When an entity becomes so big then their EGOs become even more BIGGER. This the case with SBI as a whole. The staff treats the customers like they are unwanted insects... very rude... no one tells you correct information... they will make you wait... make you take rounds to different counters. Overall pretty frustrating experience within the branch. Same is with their digital infrastructure... on paper they have everything... website... mobile app...and all. BUT... it has the worst kind of cloud server downtime. Once, I asked an SBI executive why it is so then he said we have a very large user base that's why... BY this logic Google should be down all the time. SBI is no where near to the user base of Google. So the banks entire system is full of rude and egoistic staff and attitude.
The service of the branch in sambhal Gate chandausi of State Bank of India is not good, the work of making public a joke has been done. People have to wait for hours to get their work done. The bank should consider this.
Today i have visited branch with my mother she is senior citizens pathetic service and pathetic staff they are not ready to work at 1:30pm staff refused to process the request as it not take more than 1minute but they said they have other work come latter however branch working time till 4pm
This bank open from 10 am to 4 pm after 4 customers are not allowed to enter .It takes quite a time to do any bank related function as there are lots of people and irregular employees who only work fast for those who know them.
