Review already Everyone knows how much fast is their service. Rest other all things are good.
One of the Worst branches of the Largest Public Sector bank - State Bank of India. They have such a Huge space to execute banking with Convenience and ease but when they have a Useless Bank Manager nothing can be Expected from the Staff members! There's some Manager who's a Gujarati, who's all talks with Zero capabilities in executing, addressing needs of Customers. If you complain regarding basic problems like most of the time their Printers are not Working he will ask you to use banking website for information & transactions ( Recently Bank has installed a Automatic Printer outside the Bank). The bank is short of Staff & most of them have a laid back attitude, there's no Professionalism from anyone! They are only interested in getting Salaries for doing Nothing!
None of the staff members has adequate knowledge. Forget about the staff, even the 'branch manager' does not have adequate knowledge to assist. She seems blank. Since 4 days I am continuously visiting the bank & trying to re-activate my Internet banking. Even today it shows as "locked'. Visit your branch". HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE system of State Bank of India.
The branch number doesn't work because it's not been recharged. The staff comprises of utmost stupid people who does not basic etiquettes. They lack knowledge and the answers will depend on their mood. There are only two guys who are doing their job perfectly one is the guy who provides only instructions and the second is a girl. Who does desk job. Pathetic service by sbi. Printers don't work.
Very wrost experience with SBI. I visited SBI bhayander East Branch from last 3 days. Some time they said server issue some time they said after 3 o clock we are not able to open account. Even no one cooperat to us. Today 05.09.2020 I am sitting with my wife and my kids since 12 o clock pm but still they not giving response and said i will take onther 1 hours. Right now time is 2.45 pm. Am not accepting this kind of service from staff. They have to improve or change the efficient staff.
I know that the staff is worst but don't think about that if you have any queries call at SBI toll free no they are the best they will clear out everything you need to know. Bank is great and you will get amazing offers. The sites and the Yono app is amazing you can do anything. SBI is one of the best banks in India.
Very nice and polite staff from all the levels of the hierarchy. Their service quality towards customers is in no way less than those offered by private banks.
Worst staff they say we don't know about Sbi app yono You are working for a bank and you don't know about your own app ?
