Always the worst experience, whenever I visit, not just me, many times, I see people suffering around because of the lack of communication on parts of the SBI employees and the incompetency of their system, it lacks conveying proper information. They think that other people don't have anything better to do with their lives and they are the only people working, you leave your job and work to run errands and they won't tell you properly what someone is supposed to do to get their job done.
The employees here are tarnishing the name of the bank (SBI) here staff is not supportive, everytime worse experience , creating confusions.
Staff is not co operative. They behave like an IAS officer. You will have to visit for more than 2 times for any work. In future I have planned to complaint to ombudsman.
The Service is good.There are 2 cash counters for deposting money.Also for printing passbook a machine is there.You need a barcode on the passbook to get printed in that machine.The staff is supportive sometimes.
Bad staff behaviour specially the guy who is on the single window(2) he always use to speak on mobile and saying the system is busy come again later. Really disappointed
