1st visit (About a year ago): I visited SBI Utraula after 2-3 years 2 months ago, I was surprised at the difference in services. Things have changed drastically now. The transaction that used to take 1-2 hours on an average at the old premises took only 10 minutes. I am totally impressed with this kind of service at the new premises of SBI utraula. I felt like I was in HDFC BANK. Keep up the good work SBI utraula. There is no rush or long queues after the token system. Sufficient number of chairs are laid for the customer to wait for their turn. Other banks and branches should practice the same. Good luck and all the best to the management and the employees concerned.!!! 2nd visit (Dec 3, 2022): To my disappointment, there was a network issue at the bank. The staff told me that there is a connectivity issue since yesterday. I had to return home without getting my work completed. (Photo) 3 Visit (July 7, 2023) : I reached the bank at 9:55 AM; five minutes earlier than it opening time. Got a token with 16th number. There were hardly 3-4 people when I reached the bank. I don't know who those 15 people were who already got the token without being present at the bank. To my surprise, my turn came at 11:15 AM. This broke my previous myth that SBI's have changed.
