Worst servicemen in udalguri branch, i have requested to diposit check infront of the cheque deposit counter 11/10/23 it was around 3:36 pm. He said me diposit in the Box where cheque slip is diposit, I requested it's very urgent, even though he has not listened. My account no 32814964941. No body boder in udalguri branch. Sometimes understanding should be taken of customer. I am deeply sad. It's was emergency.

Do ur work in time it's more than 1 month's still mine account is not linked with aadhar i have submitted my documents for twice be responsible with ur works

Ohh God, i would have given zero star, but unfortunately I don't have that option why you guys are mentioning that above centralized number non of it is valid,

It is the worst bank ever. The employees are very rude and they talk very rudely. I have applied 3 time for my atm card but still i haven't received atm card. They always tell the customer to come the next day . We need to stand in a very long line and sometimes we didn't get any signature even after staying in line.

07/12/2022. There was only one cash counter were male and female are lined up together. The security personal are harsh more then required . It was a bad experience .

I was enter at 10.45 am inside the bank I saw the crowd of the customer , but i didn't see the bank employees even 5, 6, 7 ,8 counters were empty and one employee of them talk raughly ... I feel it's like a fear not the bank cause all were dealing as unwell I don't wanted to write a review but it's needed.

Response for customer is so bad very bad not satisfied with SBI main branch udalguri I had submitted the form to change the phone number on 2nd February 2023.but till now they have no done anything and this is my second time form submission

Employer are very attitude even they didn't respond properly to the customer very disappointed disgusting person are there
