Go with all documents. If not. He say go back and bring all documents. Again he say his document is not there. U should do 3 to 5 rounds of the bank to open a account. This happened to my friend It is better to go Balanagar branch.

The mechine rarely works I have been trying to update my passbook for one and half year.yet couldn't I sent my pass book 30 times atleast every time one answer mechine doesnt work.Both land line and cel doesnt work to contact.pathetic lane herculean effort to park and pull out vehicle.my overall experience is disgusting

I have given a complaint about the outopay that was activated at November I have given a complaint on December 24 till today that work was not completed when I went and ask says that when we call u to come reach the bank they said the number kept in the Google maps was not activated if we want to call how to reach u branch rectify this issue 1st transaction on 19 Dec 2019 RS 854 rs 2nd transaction on 17 Jan 2020 rs 833 rs 3rd transaction on 19 Feb 2020 rs 849 rs

Here bank branch manager is a very helpful person, thank you very much sir. The clerk sitting at the single window counter is a bit rude.
