The new building was supposed to be bigger to be able to attend to its innumerous customer at a time feasibly but it is not. The number of customers visiting per day makes it very hoch poch due to it's compact space.

One of the wrost SBI branches in the state. Unprofessional behaviour by the employees and manager. They lie and try engage costumers in false pretense for their own benefit.

It is one of most trusted bank in the town. But unfortunately staff are very lazy and irresponsible. They have no time sense.

Hesitate to give even 1 star,. backward class staff and rough behavior.........connections with corrupt police officer? They are disturbing innocent customer . Good partner with TOWN POLICE station and purposely harash customer. Sundargarh main branch sbi think all customers are bad people in their sight. Foolish staff and make friends with police to distuo other?

Respected sir, This is to inform you that, on 24/01/2021 I ordered a product from Amazon.in, but due to some technical issues the order got canceled, and they even initiated a refund on behalf of that cancelled order. The refund initiation was on 26/01/2021 by the team of Amazon.in. For your reference I'm also attaching the screenshot of the same. But then when I didn't received the amount I went to my SBI branch and asked them regarding the same But they suggested me to speak to the costumer care regarding the issue. Then I spoke to the customer care and by the end of the conversation the gave me a complaint number or token number for my complaint and asked me to wait for more 10 days for the money to be refunded. But that didn't happen. So again I visited the branch and asked for the same, to which they asked me to talk to the customer care again and again. The thing is , the branch manager himself was not having and knowledge regarding this process and kept on speaking to people regarding this but didn't find a solution. Sir I belong to a very poor family and this amount of money matters a lot to me . But they are not refunding it. Please help ! Worst SBI main branch they will cheat money without any mistake. Good partner with sundargarh town police station. Very bad .. Drinker staff.

State Bank of India located at point of hospital chowk of Sundargarh town mean to say middle point of town.....here slight problem for public to get bank service.

State Bank of India which is one of the biggest Bank of India is now giving prompt service as compared to previous time for which it was blamed earlier.
