They never did my work on time.. Last year went to change my number they didn't do that... This year again went for some work they said it'll be done within a day.. It's been 48 hrs and it's not done

Worst SBI Branch. Simple tasks will take whole day. The Staff don't want to work. Thankfully I will never maintain an account in this Branch.
