Had a very unpleasant experience; it seems we never go anywhere for a reason. In this bank, we were shuffled from one window to another, only to be told in the end that it's now lunch break. Regardless of how small the task may be, we feel frustrated, as if our time isn't valued. We understand that things take time, but spending the entire day on one task feels excessive.
Dont even know where to begin. First off only few staff talks with dignity, others like the security staff is rude for no reason. And then there is super slow staff. I had to take a leave from college but it took hours for anything to be done. Just fyi, its second day and nothing is done. Worst mistake by my parents to open my account in this bank.
The staff is very cooperative and competent. I have received timely and correct advice. The service was quick and all the request for address change and processing were quite faster. This branch can give run for money even to HDFC and ICICI Bank too. Very happy...
Highly Crowded ! Bank should provide More staffs to help it's customers. Also there is no Social Distancing in the morning time when there is rush with people wearing no mask.

Took a leave to open an account, waited for 1 Hr. no lady on the desk, whom i was suppose to meet waited till the security forced to leave the bank due to closing. when leaving the bank i fond her talking on phone Nr. 2nd gate. again took 2 nd leave fiiling the online form, to open an account, when verifying documents rejected coz for "DARSHAN" name in aadhar and "DARSHANKUMAR" name in PAN CARD. THOUGH dena benk open my account on same documents. was i going to robb the bank. not going again...
The staff count is very low ... Been going for 2 months just to get a debit card ... Still didn't get it ... To be specific only one staff member is really bad (the guy sitting at the passbook printing counter) else others are good , helped me a lot but only that one person ruined a lot time ... THE BANK NEEDS MORE STAFF TO HANDLE THESE MANY REQUESTS ... Hope the bank manager or any person in authority reads this ...
