Customer service is too bad, nobody answered any calls and any mails.

Most 3rd class banking service provide by this branch. There is no more space inside the branch. you can't peacefully consult with Manager for any issue about banking services. Only two cashier are there but customer of this branch are greater than other two bank in bhagwangola. Now u thought how this branch give the best banking service to the valuable customer. If you see the branch from out side u though that is a ration delar shop.

Clean and good behavior of staff

Very pathetic services, Branch Staffs are very unprofessional even Branch Manager, they always misguided to customer. Be alert !! Be aware .!!

The manager is too boastful. Customer service isn't that good.
