After a long time I visited this branch. Today experience is good. In my view due to update of online service, work pressure decreased in SBI. It help in convenient of service. Today I see all staff has been changed. Totally new team is in table. It is situated in 2nd floor. It entrance gate at ground floor is very dirty and there is bad smell due to this.
Branch manager subhash jee is very rough person.loan staff is very bad person.those person who aply personal loan.then loan manager wants at first you do lic.that rule is worng.then i say i do not take lic then loan staff quarelling me.so bank is very bad.29 .01 .2021. At this time very poor staff.
Very bad service, Customer satisfaction 1 out of 10. SBI is the best example for "why privatization is need for all Gov./semi Gov. sectors.
