Very very terrible experience. Went to open account for my brother. It took more than 2 hours just to open an account. Moreover the lady who sits at account opening counter purchased a general accident insurance in the account without even asking or telling us. What kinda loot is this ? They didn't even bother to ask us once for the insurance and did as per their own will. Beware of that lady at counter no. 1 who opens account. She took the phone to open YONO app ID and purchased the insurance without letting us know. The insurance costs 1000 rs. Beware guys.

Opened a bank account here and the experience was the poorest.. I should have got my passbook the day I have opened my account but to open my account it took me almost 1 week as they didn't at all disclose what are the documents needed and also the employees here aren't bothered about the customer.. Counter no. 1 lady does one person work and hops on to her colleagues counter and starts gossiping... The work which should be done in 5-10 mins is done in 30-60 mins... Horrible staff very sluggish work
Very bad service. The worst bank I ever went. The employees are rude and they don't even say loudly and then shout at us especially the woman who sits at account opening counter. Also she filled my wrong details and then blamed me that I said wrong. And the account opening process takes 2 hours here ..sbi account opening takes very less time but they don't even know how to do with app and consume lot's of time

Work is very slow number of counter is also very less due to which people had to wait in a long queue
A new branch is required work is very slow and many works are performed in one counter which creates difficulty

Main branch. Lots of working counters. HNI/Privilege costumer handling is good. Helpful staff. I recommend if some urgent work is to be done, please visit this branch as others may have link down or some other issues.
I visited the bank on 31 mar 21 which was the closing day of the financial year, but the staffs were ready to help in banking transaction on same day. Bank was not not crowded on that day. Sanitizer and face mask is must for visitors. Bank has enough
