Everytime I visit this branch for any work, I am made to feel like I am in a old Era where in it takes many years to get the work done. Very poor service and zero customer service and cooperation from any of the staffs. Can the specific regulatory agencies do the assessments for every bank operations.
Employees here are harassing customers. My account was freezed because of PAN not linked with my account. I had uploaded my PAN through net banking portal but still it was not approved. After three days my account was activated back when I personally went to the bank. If you call the bank they will not pick up your call. Very worst service , private banks are far better than SBI.

Very bad customer service they will no staff will respond properly they will not allow to deposit money in way of writing they will always demand to deposit and withdraw in the atm machine cashier will not respond properly and just say to deposit in machine he will not get the cash deposit by writing many times machine will be out of order but also he will no get the money worst branch of sbi please make sure it does happen again and make quick action about it
Very bad customer service. I went to take one dd for government exam but these people don't care anything. They asked me to wait an hour. More over there is less people only. Worst parking facility.
Worst customer service. Very rude in dealing with customers and gave false information regarding deposits. Deposit machine doesnt work ever and they wont accept manual deposits. How the hell are we supposed to deposit then? and very disappointed with the way the staff behaved.
Not responding my call. Staffs are not responding properly. Avoiding my call. If customers call they have to attend and answer our questions properly but they are not interested in clearing our doubts and avoiding to listen my problem and to answer my call... Management is not proper.... If we are not responded properly we will file a case.
