They misguide you in the name of policy and take money without any shame. Recently been there for life certificate of my mother, they just make the process so lengthy asking for unnecessary documents and verification process. They even didn't provide proof of certificate submission and asked us to come after 2 days. Harrassment at its worse!
No cash counter all service in one counter worst experience with this bank
The bank manager and employees are very rude , and they tell so much lie , if anyone ask so many questions they tell this man is harassing. The worst Bank have ever been.
Staff are courteous., Responsive. Help desk is really good. That lady is extending excellent support to sr citizens, ladies n uneducated people and whoever requires her help.
Only problem is manual cheque collection n clearing n cheque drop box not available. If machine is down they are not able to accept n clear cheques. Cheque drop box requirement is immediate at this branch.
Unlike other branches, more clients personally visit this branch n pressure is more on the staff.
Recently I had a issue regarding money struck in cash deposit machine in this branch. So i checked the reviews of this bank which was highly negative which is far from reality. When I had interacted with staff and informed problem. They were very polite and took my complaint.Solved my issue in 2days. Finally I want to conclude that staff working here are very good with customer and very efficient . Thank you sbi qutbullapur
