Excellent customer service... friendly behaviour with customers..staff respect to old people ang give preference very nice..and especially service manager N.Karthik is very cooperative clear all my doubts

This is totally robotic branch, 1 st time introduced by sbi in india.. that's y staff behaves like robos i.e. they won't respond to anything simply sits like robots

Accountant Sai Krishna is so arrogant. He misbehaved with me and insulted my parents. I am trying to escalate this to higher officials. He always provides partial information and makes people to come to the bank so many times.

Quite crowded all the time..the only branch for all of pulivendula and surroundings villages..just ok with services ..though slow at times
