State Bank of India PONNUR - Bank in Ponnur - Guntur, India

When I went to the bank to close my father account they did it in 30 minutes... Appreciate it.... But all in other things it was average Once upon a time this bank very rush but now it was manageable..... Give a like if you for more contribution

The worst service providers in Ponnur, most of the employees feel like they are the owners. Zero rating will be appropriate for this branch.

I have called to SBI in ponnur but the number has wrong which they has given in google and also in our bank books . I dont suppose to give 1 star alsoo .this is very bad the people has lots and lots of problems about their bank issues but there is no customer care to call them for any issues. I have taken wrong decision that taken my bank account in this bank. Really worst.

Worst branch all employees they are feeling like managers even peon also not respect the chief manager and also they don't know social responsibilities. If you want to draw one lakh in this branch means you have to spend one day time.

Worst branch in SBI family... Employees won't respond properly. They are closing doors at 3.15 PM they are not even allowing old people at that time. Even watchman's also feeling like they are managers ... Please open account in other govt sector banks... Don't open accounts here its worst branch

Worst Service. I have TATA credit card powered by SBI. I tried to pay my card bill in SBI bank with my Andhra bank cheque. These people doesnt know the procesure and denied to take cheque. They suggested to go to Andhra bank. I didnt understood that they know the procedure or No? My Card belong to SBI and how can i pay in Andhra bank.

It is the biggest bank in Ponnur which is located in first floor with around 30+ staff. There is also an e-corner in the ground floor. There is no proper parking for the customers of the bank, so all the vehicle will be parked on road.

Service is very slow
