Worst customer service. The service manager sitting there was so disrespectful and unethical. Sbi is the bank I trust but we have to lose our dignity if we have to deal with the service manager in pollachi sbi main branch 2023. He definitely needs 1 month training on customer service and even basic manners. I hope they take action against him.

Coustomer service good support in maneger and team

Very unhappy to be a customer in this Bank. Very worst services. Super delay processing. Soon or later will close the account from this bank. At the "Cash Deposit Mechine" no words to explain. No proper guidelines, each and every time cannot deposit due to the "Bank Notes cannot be accepted". Even if there is a complaint about service, nothing has changed. Totally they are nationalized bank and they are getting salary and huge customers of government employees. So, they won't care about others....

Good place to do banking transactions

The worst bank of Town. Even for simple transactions they take our precious time as granted. 3rd rate customer service. The securities behave as though they are the CEO of the bank.

I really appreciate the excellent responsibility of SBI in serving the community. But my kind request to higher authorities to look into the perfect maintenance of ATM and CDM units still to be pucca. Thank you.
