My overall experience of visiting State Bank in this Covid Situation is good as they are following proper Covid Rules. It's just the people who are not carefull. They maintain a queue and only one person is allowed at a time but it does not mean that only one person will be inside the bank as they are maintaining in such way that at least 2 person can be inside the bank and they can get the request resolved like money deposit, withdrawal, new account opening request. Passbook update will be done in the Kisosk machine placed in ATM. So all together they are managing very nicely. Thanks for their support.
Worst branch of Pachamba... Rude behavior of staff people, especially female staff.. Lack of knowledge, experience and very bad experience
