My view about the SBI changed after i visited this branch. The staff was very cordial and cooperative. Special note to the current manager Mrs Nayana madam for her modest behaviour and customer service.

Some staff are very polite to give service, some are very arrogant towards the customers

Excellent Service. Better if someone can be deputed on floor to check and clear the customers quickly since parking is a hassle. This will also avoid customers hoping on the floor without knowing the procedures. Saves every one's time.
