All staff including guards behave like RBI Managers.. LOL I think a shopkeeper should be polite enough to customers for maintaining healthy sales.

The staff must be changed and a new staff is required as they are not capable of doing their work properly. I applied for mobile number change though KYC and last Saturday I agian applied for my number change but they didn't changed it. Instead they told your application is not done. So its a worst experience that these government employees are just taking the salary but not doing their work properly.

NLP SBI BANK should implement token system. Aged Senior citizens are asked to wait in the que. Till their turn comes they are standing in the que. If there is token system, when their turn comes then they will go to the particular counter. *attaching the photos also.

Dear SBI (LAKHIMPUR BAZAR BRANCH) (Branch Code: 16936) If u want to serve the bank customers better and want to improve your ratings on Google, kindly change your deposit counter cashier incharge. That lady don't know how to behave properly with the customers and I doubt she thinks that she is working for us freely. If possible do remind her that the bank runs because of the money which we deposit there and that she is getting her salary paid on time because of us. Regards

Go to this branch for mainly these things 1. LOAN ( govt salaried holder , business loan minimum turn over per year 10 lacs , bank guarantees, govt tender guarantee , etc) 2 . High value account transaction ( Nmi at least 50000) 3. Govt business ( salary payment bill , govt token , govt remittance ,off line gst/vat/ict/ central/ state govt challan , rebate , cheque payment etc but for online exam admission fee challan payment I would recommend the other 3 branch in the vicinity ) 4. initial pension payment ( after initial processing anyone one can transfer to any preferred SBI branch in the vicinity) 5. High value cash withdrawal/ deposit( home branch /business/ rimmitance withdrawal deposit only) 6. Private sector company account/ advance related dealing FOR any other business I would recommend the other SBI branch's in the vicinity or online banking as due to rush and volume of transaction your work will take a lot of time even though it is the safest place for transactions in this age of frauds but then again TIME IS MONEY.

Too much crowded.

Very bad behaviour of staffs. These clerical staff think themselves as senior managers all the time.

You will most probably see busyness. But it is a good PUBLIC SECTOR bank. Most trusted BANK of INDIA.
