SBI is the only bank in India who meet the definition criteria of Govt. Bank, they do not bother what is happening even not bother on the issues highlighted to any of the level including leadership. I remember few years back, there was a concept of Co-Operative bank where bank staff even was not bother about the people standing outside the bank, SBI is going on the similar line and, their branches staff and customer care desk is really pathetic. They work like a robot. It is better that SBI should implement the RPA(Robotics Process Automation) instead of human as their staff does not have humanity. Moreover, in the COVID-19 where all the originations are avoiding visit but SBI customer care is insisting customer to visit the branch for any petty things including including for the mistakes made by the unprofessional staff of SBI.
