Worst experience. I will close my account once this lockdown open in Thane. I had visited this branch to get the OTP via Branch as this facility shows available via using online ''Forgot login password'' option. Hence, I had visited. The lady was so rude to provide OTP via Branch and told me they have stopped issuing OTP via Branch. Then I had shown her that option is showing while using using online service. But she has strait away rejected to provide service. I have highlighted to Branch Manager and seems he is working under pressure with his team and accepting whatever his staff is saying without thinking. They have given me the option to reset password via card or mobile number but I have removed these services as those are chargeable to customers. Why should I opt the service which I am not willing to pay. But this should not stopped me to using online banking. Now more than a year but I am not able to use online banking service. Such a pathetic service and they always shows their attitude as they are superior than customers.
Not as slow as usually expected. They do their tasks as per the rules. No twisting of rules. Carry correct set of documents else be ready to be returned back. Take some buffer time. At times simple things take considerably longer duration.
Very bad service. I wanted to invest some amount to my daughter's sukanya samriddhi account. I had a cheque with me and I handed over the cheque along with the sukanya samriddhi pay in slip to the old lady at the cash counter no 1 (SWO 1)on 10/10/2018 at around 2.20pm when my turn came. She started shouting at me in Hindi, and I didn't have any clue why she is shouting. I told her that I don't know Hindi and she started shouting in English saying that I have chosen the wrong option of 'cash deposit' while taking the token since I had a cheque and told me to deposit the cheque at the drop box. I told her that it is for sukanya samriddhi and she threw my cheque back saying that they don't accept other bank's cheque. I spoke to another lady at counter no 5 and she told me that in a decent way that since it is govt policy I have to give cash or sbi cheque. I understand there are certain rules for govt policies. But the way the first lady behaved was very indecent. I will not do any transactions with the brach again.
Bank is good just like any other bank which operates normal the way it should. Staff is also good. You might feel the need of more windows during peak hours due to rush. But else wise its okay.
cash deposit always closed..everyday so much of time wastage of people i would suggest manager to sit at the door of atm with no cash drposit working so dat people save some time...worst branch and manger too
Customer care service is pathetic, they don't even pickup calls in working hours, in covid situation they expect account holders to visit branch for petty issues which can be sorted out on phone & emails, truly pathetic service for this branch.
Very rude behavior service manager & manager, Not help nature , Emergency services are not available . Example , cash deposit, cash withdrawal, passbook printing.. Etc
