One of the best services of SBI people we have ever experienced.In general SBI employees are never professional and polite in any branch.First time I have visited Karamsad Branch and I am in awe of the politeness and humbleness of the lady sitting on the counter just in front of the main door.She has helped me to the best as my primary account is in rajasthan. She has very patiently heard my problem and solved.I appreciate her service.SBI needs more such people.

Wrost experience.. Do not except your work will be done in one visit.. They have multiple excuse..system not working.. System is slow.. Etc..Dont have enough staff compare to customers.. Visited four times to open acount. Long quee for deposit also. Need to improve service..
