Especially in State Bank of India Melur Branch They have a lot of customers and Account Holders, Approximately per day more than 500 peoples are visiting this branch,Even though Here 3 Counters only available ,in That 3 Counters 2 only active That Two counters also more than 20 people standing there If anybody have enquiry no proper Guidance Given from the Responsible persons one said for this ask counter 1 ,if we go counter again roughly waiting for more than 1 hours in a que after that reach counter 1 he said for this Ask manager manger said ask counter 3 its like a repeated cycle nobody feld Good for Visiting this Branch .if any higher authority seen this atleast tell How to close this Bank account.. very very big salute for your bank and Services

Account opening staff said come again tomorrow and said repeat come again tomorrow...I'm open a savings account for my sister more than 2 weeks... Worst behavior of account opening staff only...Don't open minor account in this bank, alternatively go and open account with indian bank or Indian overseas bank...These services are good for students account opening. Don't waste your time with worst sbi melur branch..
This Meluri branch has the worst service. I have been waiting for almost like 3 months to update my passbook. Everytime I came to update, they will say that mechine is not working. How long will it take to repair.? Why set up the branch if it can't even repair it's mechine? Nonsense. Terminate all the mechanical workers' and employed someone qualified
