The branch manages the crowd very well. Very supportive and helpful staff. The branch manager Anjana is very proactive and guides to get things done in the fast and right way. Recommends the branch for new customers!

Very good resonse and service to the customers. Manager/ deputy manager do better guidance and suport for any need relating services. Staff very friendly and motivate customer for firther visits. 2 years back the service was very hopeless.. Oening locker i approached branch iand i could get good support. Fund transfer, openinging of ppf account was very hopefully entertained and when the certificate wasready i wad called over phone to receive it. Wonderfull satisfied with the branch. Cannot compare

Mavoor road sbi bank has an awasome team and a dedicated stagf. I am very impressed by thier vision, hard work, out standing perfomance all staff expecially the manager / rakesh viswansthan /naina madam

I have been banking with SBI Mavoor Road for the past several years. Their service levels have been consistently excellent and right from the BMs to the Relationship Managers have been courteous, efficient and prompt in attending to service requests. I would have given 5 stars had their IT been devoid of glitches. I still have a pending problem that has not been resolved despite repeated requests. Further, security levels border on the paranoid which I do not find with private sector banks luke ICICI Bank. Something needs to be done to make online banking less cumbersome without compromising on security. To reiterate, apart from their IT, all other parameters deserve 5 stars.
