Uncooperative, unduly changes loan interest rate without any intimation to customer, and can't find any answer when chased. Doesn't entertain future customers when approached for new account opening. They are doing a Govt job, doing whatever they are forced to do by their superiors.

Comparatively well maintained bank wherein comparatively well behaved staff are posted with good quality banking services.

FD counter person is extremely well behaved. Excellent service.

Staff behaviour is good. Sayantan pal( sbi card) behaviour is very bad.

The staff is helpful but they are very slow at work and sbi online is a very slow and pathetic experience.

All the staff are good and experienced, and well behaved also...

Some staff of this branch non cooperative otherwise all good.
