Madur chuth branch , halkat log , branch manager, clerical aur chaprasi staff sub ko passi pe latkado , one simple to simple Kam nahi kar sakte yaha pe customer log. Adhar link is not happening, pan link is utter failure, raddi cash notes issue karenge, ATM wil not work on holidays, RTGS/online transfer failure transaction ko ye log correct nahi karte, etc, etc, etc..... Bad,worst,hopeless, untrustworthy,cheat, 420,not upto the mark, dirty, etc ,etc... Bank is one and only this SBI....
The best branch in Bangalore north..Staffs are very friendly and supportive..Branch premises are clean..All staffs provide maximum information about bank products..The branch is not that rush..
I never seen such staffs before in any banks , worst and worst staff's in this bank ,thy don't know how to communicate with thy own customers, first thy want to get train for to treat how to be with thy own customers ... mainly it's local area so thy have to talk in kannada we not came from North India to talk in other languages
Very worst branch. For gold loan you have to wait someone to come, branch manager is one not responding properly. Need to go so many times to approve one small gold loan. Very pathetic, don't go for loans in this branch.
One of the worst branch of SBI they dont know how to speak to customer very rude and very uncultured behavior i need to open a fd account for that i they have made me to come for 3 weeks and still not able to open the account because of this type of behavior the SBI is losing its customer the lady sitting the account opening section is very rude and careless sbi have lots of money spend some money on training of employees on how to talk to customer
No useful response from staffs and particular work is not done on a single day they're dragging the time and they're wasting our time also.
