Very slow and unprofessional lady staff. Asked to correct my Father's name in my Mother's account. Firstly she ask to write an Application but she never provide a paper. Because of that we went back home for the paper and return back to Bank. After that she ask for Original ID. Why not she tells us all requirements at the first time. Because of that we went 3 times to home and waste 2 days. Somemore the service was very slow. Better i will open my account in other bank

The staff is cooperative n premises are clean . The phone number provided in Passbook is not functional . The active phone number should be displayed on website n Passbooks

The staff is a BLACK SPOT on our banking system...visited the branch but the clerks/manager always mislead...Besides they make you visit again and again even for petty tasks which require just seconds to solve.

Special branch of sbi bank is so hygienic and well maintained
