As everyone knows about SBI like how lazy their work is, and its really true. Because it took like 3-3.5 hours for me just to submit a form even though I appreciate the staff's services but wasting the time of people unnecessarily is not good.

Bank officer behave like an agent if you were not going to follow them for money prospect(emitra) then they will moves you counter to counter and after all you will feel about time not money they will confirm as agent . On account open they will attach an PAI of Rs500 " even if customer didn't want it ". So many formalities doing they don't attach an photograph of customer so if you forget about it and take away passbook then next time you have to first of all an kyc from Bank because of their fault and not even seal and signature of authority. You have to recognise about everything then takes a small step . Over all they were CHEATING CUSTOMERS because they are agent of SBI GENERAL INSURANCE . If you are not interested then tell them strictly that you don't want that.
