Worst experience, yesterday dhanteras such a small work to operate locker staff told me just wait for 2 minute but he didn't arrive 1.30 hrs,

Its been about 5 years for me, I'm continuously trying to update my registered mobile no. But don't know whats went wrong with the management here, I filled about 10 forms but yet no positive change. registered contact no. is don't is with whom now and they are simply taking it for granted, they take form and say it will get update will receive msg but no msg ,no update . I strongly believe SBI must look into customer pain. For me as of now its better to close account in SBI

Such a third class and worst branch SBI Nagda MP. For a single tiny task like KYC or something else the staff will take almost 20-25 minutes. Hell, Today I had to make 2 to 3 trips round & round from my house to the bank (which is 2 km far) for new ATM Card issue and Even after that my ATM card issue did not happen... The staff of SBI is not so co-operative and friendly. They are too arrogant. They don't explain the whole process to the customer properly. If customer ask the process twice then they angrily react. Third class staff. Sometimes I think that the staff have very little knowledge of process. For a small work you will have to go round and round in the office from one counter to another counter. Space is seriously very less, not a proper parking space. The only Branch in Nagda which is very congested. Customer base is really very large and Comparatively staff is very less. That's why we customer have to wait long time for work done. Today I feel depressed and mentally tortured to visit the SBI Branch. Guys kindly use SBI YONO App instead visiting the branch. Or else you can open your account in some other bank (like UCO Bank I like most) SBI Bank Nagda , Not even worth for 1 Star. ZERO Star.

There is no proper parking available here. Service is ok. Staff is too lazy. There are many problems occurred in SBI ATM attached with bank. This bank plced in very congested area. So many people's face trouble in this bank with so many queries. Staff is not responsible in this bank. There is need of improvement.

Please go to other bank Here you will get only Clutter Chaos Congested Mental dipression Disorder You will lose your mental calmness if you visited here just once. Kindly open your account in some other bank rather than SBI. Thankyou

Staff behaviour is useless. They don't even tell you that the work is done or not. We have to ask again & again whether the work is completed or not Third class bank My request to govt that please look into this matter and provide as much as facility.

Sbi staff behaviour very poor 50% staff not available full time in bank Bank working hour 10.00 to 5.00 Some staff live bank 3.00hrs.because 50% staff up down other city. Bank customer face problem.

SBI loan agent is corrupted.... Bank services is very slow in Nagda ( M.P )
