ATM machine facility is very poor.. the ATM counter near bank have 4 machines including one CDM machine.. but all of them not working properly ... Sometimes it's too lag in its operation.. the main reason is it's a public bank. Behavior of employees are very bad.
Exceptional customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very eager to help. Especially the person at counter 4 was extremely helpful and friendly, even when it was almost lunchtime. Best bank I've ever visited

Very poor service. Employees are very rude. I had to visit the branch three times to open an account. Even then I couldnt open the account. There is another SBI branch opposite to Ans theatre. They helped to open the account in 10 minutes in single visit. If you want any service from SBI, pls choose this branch
Some years before there was a rude middle aged guy was in this branch. Peon or clerk. But now he is not here. Now I get good behavior from staffs.
